Explore scheduling & client onboarding →Gather agreed metrics, flag stale or missing data and prepare a report for the account manager to review. Keep commentary linked to checked source numbers.
Explore reporting & management summaries →Route inquiries to the right person, prepare a relevant reply and stop follow-ups when the prospect responds. Keep ownership visible during busy delivery weeks.
Explore lead capture & follow-up →Move briefs, versions and assets through a defined review process. A revised draft returns to approval before it reaches the publishing queue.
Explore marketing workflow automation →Move agreed client and project fields between supported applications. Define which system owns the data and who handles a failed synchronization.

Explore internal knowledge assistants →Choose a repeated task from a representative client account. Bring the current checklist or report, the applications involved, approximate monthly volume and the person who owns the result. We compare the existing process with a defined pilot, including the time needed for human review.
A reporting pilot, for example, can cover one report type, an agreed set of sources and one approval path. It should show what happens when a source is unavailable or a metric changes. Expansion to more clients follows acceptance of the initial workflow.
Separate account permissions, source material, brand instructions and approval roles. Do not assume an assistant working on one client should see another client’s documents. We agree how access changes, client offboarding and deleted source files affect the workflow.
We assess native workflows in your CRM, project management, reporting and publishing tools before recommending extra software. A proposed integration names the supported connections, plan requirements and ownership of credentials. No vendor partnership or universal tool compatibility is implied.
The proposal defines discovery, implementation, representative tests, team training and handover. Software subscriptions, usage costs and any maintenance agreement are explicit. Source and configuration ownership, incident responsibilities and support coverage are agreed before rollout.
Choose a frequent task with clear rules and maintained source data. Onboarding checklists, recurring report preparation and inquiry routing are useful candidates. If the process is inconsistent today, document and simplify it before implementing automation.
Yes, we can assess a technical delivery partnership separately from your internal operations. The agency partnership page explains scope, client access, approvals, ownership and handover responsibilities.
White-label delivery can be discussed as part of the project agreement. Branding, confidentiality, client communication, intellectual property and ongoing support must be agreed before work begins; it is not an automatic feature of every engagement.
We discuss relevant implementation scope during assessment. Workflow examples on these pages are illustrative. We do not present them as completed agency-client projects or promise a specific saving.
Pricing follows an assessment of the workflow, systems, data readiness and acceptance criteria. A bounded pilot is easier to estimate than an open-ended transformation. We distinguish implementation fees from third-party software, usage and ongoing support.
Tell us what happens today, which tools your team uses and where work gets delayed. We’ll assess a practical starting point and the evidence needed to decide whether to expand.
