AI automation for
small businesses.

We help small and medium businesses fix the workflows that lose time, delay customers and hold up revenue. Start with one bottleneck, connect the tools you already use and measure whether the change helps.

Eight areas of focus

Find the work holding your business back.

Start with a real bottleneck: a missed inquiry, delayed invoice or task your team keeps repeating. We assess your existing tools, choose one useful workflow and measure the pilot against your starting point.

01

Marketing & Content Automation

Content stalls between ideas, drafts and approval.

Turn an approved brief into social posts, email and ad-copy drafts; route brand and factual review, then hand approved material to publishing tools.

Measure: Brief-to-approval time, revision rounds and approved assets published.

02

Customer Service Automation

Routine questions fill the inbox while important requests wait.

Connect chat, email or an AI phone receptionist to approved answers, capture the request and hand uncertain cases to the right person with context.

Measure: First-response time, correctly resolved routine requests and handoff completeness.

03

Sales & Lead Workflows

Leads arrive, but ownership and follow-up slip.

Capture and deduplicate inquiries, score against agreed criteria, assign an owner, draft proposals and follow-ups, and update the CRM.

Measure: Time to an assigned first response, overdue follow-ups and qualified next steps.

04

Admin, Scheduling & Operations

Bookings, inbox triage and document handoffs depend on manual chasing.

Route requests, check real availability, prepare appointment confirmations and documents, and assign onboarding tasks with exception queues.

Measure: Booking completion time, manual touches and overdue handoffs.

05

Bookkeeping & Finance Automation

Missing invoice details and manual entry delay reliable accounts.

Collect invoices and receipts, flag missing fields, suggest expense categories, prepare reviewed accounting entries and coordinate reminders from actual invoice status.

Measure: Invoice-ready time, correction rate, review backlog and overdue balances.

06

Data Analysis & Market Research

Decisions wait on scattered spreadsheets and unverified research.

Connect agreed data sources, validate definitions, assemble management reports and summarize market research with sources, dates and uncertainty.

Measure: Report preparation time, data reconciliation errors and time to an actionable answer.

07

HR & Recruiting Support

Interview coordination and onboarding paperwork consume staff time.

Organize applicant intake, schedule interviews, prepare onboarding checklists and answer employee questions from approved policies; flag payroll inputs for review.

Measure: Scheduling delays, onboarding completion and administrative corrections.

08

IT Operations & Internal Knowledge

Staff cannot find trusted answers, and alerts lack a clear owner.

Search approved documents with source references and existing access controls; triage alerts, prepare support tickets and route incidents using approved runbooks.

Measure: Time to a sourced answer, ticket routing accuracy and incident acknowledgement time.

Built around your business

Start small. Connect more as you grow.

Keep the software that already works for you. We assess the available integrations and agree what can be connected before implementation.

Small businesses

One task off your plate.

Start with a focused workflow that fits your budget and team. MINAC sets it up, tests it with you and shows you how to use it.

Example: A contractor’s new inquiry becomes a customer record, a draft reply and a follow-up task. The owner approves quotes and commitments.

  • A defined scope and agreed project price
  • Setup, testing and practical team training
  • Optional support after handover

Medium businesses

Connect the work between teams.

Bring sales, support and operations into a coordinated process with clear ownership, permissions and review steps.

Example: An approved sale creates onboarding tasks, prepares document requests and assigns an operations owner. Exceptions go to the right person.

  • A map of systems, handoffs and responsibilities
  • A pilot, acceptance checks and staged rollout
  • Monitoring, documentation and support options

Before we begin

A few useful answers.

What is the difference between an agent and automation?

Automation follows defined steps. An AI agent can interpret a request and choose among approved tools or actions. We use the simplest approach that meets your goals; many workflows need a combination.

Do we need to replace our existing software?

We start by checking what your current software can already do. We configure useful features and connect gaps where needed. API access, permissions, licensing and integration limits are confirmed during assessment before committing to implementation.

Will AI act without our approval?

We agree the permitted actions before rollout. Customer-facing messages, financial actions and sensitive changes can require a named reviewer. Exceptions go to a person, with a way to pause the workflow.

What does an engagement cost?

We quote an assessment and a defined pilot after understanding your workflow. Implementation, optional managed support, model usage, software subscriptions and hosting are listed separately. Savings are measured against an agreed baseline, not guaranteed.

Can you work with an agency or a business outside Washington?

Yes. We collaborate remotely across the U.S. Agency projects define the client relationship, confidentiality, access, acceptance criteria and handover before work starts.
