Your client. A shared delivery standard.

When your agency needs help delivering a website or application, bring us a defined brief. We work out the fit, scope and responsibilities before making a commitment.

A focused development assignment.

An assignment could be building a landing page from approved designs, implementing a business website, or developing a defined application workflow. We confirm the technical fit and capacity for the specific work, rather than asking you to commit to an open-ended arrangement.

What to send us.

Share the project goal, designs or references, required pages and features, content readiness, target timeline and technical constraints. If you have an existing codebase, explain its stack and how you expect the work to be handed over. A short written brief is enough to start the conversation.

Agree who owns each step.

Your agency can retain the end-client relationship while MINAC handles the agreed development. We define communication, revisions, quality checks, access and deployment responsibilities. Confidentiality, intellectual property and payment terms belong in the project agreement.

Review before the handover.

We work through agreed milestones and deliver against the acceptance criteria in the brief. The proposal defines source-code handover, documentation, launch responsibilities and any support period. Third-party services and ongoing maintenance are explicit items.

Evaluate the work behind the company.

Explore Woyra, Civexa and Beamline in our portfolio. They are MINAC-owned products showing our interface and development work, not agency-client commissions. MINAC GROUP is based in Bellevue, Washington, and collaborates remotely with agencies across the United States.

Let’s start with your brief.

Tell us what you want to build, who it is for and when you need it. We’ll discuss the fit and define the next step.
