Your inquiry information.

This notice explains the information handled when you contact MINAC GROUP through this website.

What you choose to share.

The inquiry form asks for your name, email, company, requested service, budget, timing, business size, current tools and a description of your workflow. Please leave out passwords, payment-card details and sensitive information about your customers.

When information is submitted.

If the form shows “Send inquiry,” submitting sends your details to MINAC’s backend for storage and review. A receipt appears only after the server confirms the saved record. If it shows “Prepare project email,” the brief is prepared on your device; you decide whether to send it through your email app. Preparing or copying a brief does not submit it to MINAC.

Why we use it.

MINAC GROUP uses inquiry information to assess the request, respond, and manage the prospective business relationship. Authorized administrators can add internal notes and update its status. The website does not automatically enroll inquiry submitters in a marketing mailing list.

AI calls and your choices.

When available, you can choose an email response or request a call from MINAC’s AI representative. An AI callback requires a separate consent selection, your phone number and your time zone. We retain the disclosure you accepted, its version, your submitted name, the acceptance time and the related inquiry as a record of that permission. A general inquiry alone does not enroll you in AI calls.

Our representative identifies itself as AI. At the start of a call, it asks for permission before processing the conversation with speech-recognition and language-model services. These services process call audio and text to produce responses. The application stores relevant client details, call summaries and follow-up requests; raw call recordings are disabled by default. Telephone, voice and model providers may process information under their own terms and retention settings.

You can decline AI processing, ask for a person, choose email, or withdraw call permission by telling the representative or emailing hello@minacgroup.com. Human assistance may require a follow-up. We verify your identity before disclosing previous private client information. Do not share passwords, payment-card numbers or sensitive customer records during a call.

Hosting, verification and access.

MINAC operates the website and inquiry service using its hosting providers. The Talari Cloud deployment stores inquiries in PostgreSQL and uses a restricted administrator sign-in. The service applies request limits and automated-form checks to reduce abuse. The application uses a time-limited, salted hash of the submitting IP for these limits; it does not save the raw IP in the inquiry record. Hosting providers may process network logs under their own policies.

Administrator sign-in uses a secure session cookie that expires after eight hours or is revoked on sign-out. Public inquiry submission does not require a customer account.

Retention and your requests.

We retain inquiry and client records while needed to respond, manage the relationship and retain required consent evidence. Deleting an inquiry does not automatically remove separate call, client, consent or follow-up records. Contact us to request a review of those records and applicable retention requirements. To ask about access, correction or deletion, contact hello@minacgroup.com. Copies in email systems or provider backups may follow separate retention processes.

Local website storage.

The website caches public pages and assets for offline use. The inquiry backend, admin inbox and its data are excluded from that cache. The form does not intentionally save your entered inquiry details in browser local storage.
